CHANDAL Quantum Group GmbH (i.G.) established in Vienna as joint venture of ANDIAL Quantum Systems FlexCo and Chelpis Quantum Corporation.
The group holds exclusive commercialisation rights across Austria, Germany, and Switzerland for a portfolio spanning sovereign AI infrastructure, custom silicon, secure systems, and post-quantum cryptography. Counsel: Schönherr Rechtsanwälte, Vienna.
