CHANDAL Quantum Group Announces Strategic Expansion into AI Cybersecurity

CHANDAL extends its post-quantum security portfolio into the protection of artificial intelligence, autonomous systems and critical digital infrastructure.

THE SECURITY ARCHITECTURE OF SOVEREIGN INTELLIGENCE.

CHANDAL Quantum Group today announces a major expansion of its technology portfolio into AI Cybersecurity, bringing together advanced artificial intelligence security, autonomous-system protection and post-quantum cryptography within an integrated security offering for governments, critical infrastructure and major enterprises.

The announcement marks a new stage in the Group's development. Building on its existing post-quantum security capabilities and its technology partnership with Chelpis Quantum Corporation, CHANDAL is extending its focus from protecting the foundations of digital infrastructure to securing the intelligent systems increasingly operating upon them.

Artificial intelligence is fundamentally changing the nature of cybersecurity.

For decades, information security has centred on protecting networks, applications, identities and data against unauthorised access. The widespread introduction of artificial intelligence, and particularly autonomous AI agents, introduces a different category of risk. Systems are no longer limited to processing information or assisting human decisions. They are increasingly capable of accessing sensitive records, executing instructions, interacting with external services and initiating actions across operational environments.

The implications are significant. As artificial intelligence becomes integrated into essential services and institutional operations, the security of these systems becomes inseparable from the security of the infrastructure itself. Traditional cybersecurity controls remain necessary, but they must now be complemented by protections governing the behaviour, authority, information flows and operational boundaries of intelligent systems.

CHANDAL's expanded portfolio addresses this requirement through a coordinated architecture spanning AI model protection, agent security, controlled data access, privileged operations, security monitoring, encrypted information storage and quantum-safe communications. The approach is designed to establish enforceable security boundaries around artificial intelligence systems while maintaining compatibility with established enterprise infrastructure.

At its foundation is a broader principle: systems entrusted with sensitive information and operational authority must remain subject to verifiable human and institutional control.

The new AI Cybersecurity offering encompasses technologies for inspecting model inputs and outputs, defending against prompt-based attacks, governing autonomous agents and their access to external tools, controlling the introduction of data into protected environments, managing privileged access and supporting the detection, investigation and response to security events. These capabilities are complemented by CHANDAL's existing post-quantum portfolio, addressing cryptographic discovery, secure connectivity, application protection and the long-term confidentiality of sensitive information.

Together, these technologies enable a security approach that extends from the cryptographic foundations of infrastructure to the applications, models and autonomous processes operating within it.

The expansion draws upon Chelpis Quantum Corporation's technology portfolio and research capabilities. Chelpis has developed implementations of internationally standardised post-quantum cryptographic algorithms with validations under the United States National Institute of Standards and Technology's Cryptographic Algorithm Validation Program. The manufacturer's AI protection portfolio also incorporates technologies designed for on-premises and isolated environments, alongside documented reference-deployment testing covering access control, secure data ingestion, AI guardrails, security monitoring and system recovery.

These capabilities are particularly relevant to institutions operating under stringent requirements concerning confidentiality, operational resilience, data governance and technological independence.

CHANDAL is building its business around the security requirements of systems that cannot afford to fail.

National governments, defence and public-security institutions, telecommunications operators, financial organisations, healthcare systems, energy providers and other critical-infrastructure operators are confronting two major technological transitions simultaneously. The first is the migration of cryptographic infrastructure toward post-quantum security. The second is the introduction of artificial intelligence into systems responsible for increasingly consequential decisions and operations.

Both transitions require sustained investment, technical assurance and carefully controlled integration with existing environments. Neither can be addressed adequately through isolated software deployments alone.

CHANDAL's strategic direction is to bring these capabilities together within long-term security and modernisation programmes, combining specialised technologies with architecture, implementation, integration and operational support. The Group's Austrian corporate structure and international technology relationships provide the basis for engagement with institutional and commercial clients across Europe and other markets.

The expansion also establishes a broader foundation for cooperation with telecommunications and technology partners seeking to incorporate advanced security capabilities into their existing enterprise offerings, including managed cybersecurity services and protected artificial intelligence infrastructure.

As artificial intelligence becomes a permanent part of government administration, industrial operations and economic infrastructure, security will increasingly determine the extent to which these technologies can be trusted and deployed.

The institutions responsible for essential systems will require more than advanced computational capabilities. They will require the means to govern those capabilities, protect the information on which they depend and preserve operational control as technology evolves.

CHANDAL Quantum Group is extending its security portfolio to meet that requirement.

From post-quantum cryptography to artificial intelligence. From the protection of information to the security of systems capable of acting upon it.

The next generation of critical infrastructure will be intelligent. Its security must be built into the architecture.
