Every system in the group carries an identifier, a maturity status and a documented origin. Cryptographic components hold external audits, formal verification and validation evidence. A technical dossier is provided on request.

The architecture separates discovery, transport, data holding and key management. Access follows zero-trust principles, and transfers between domains of differing classification are controlled.

The group is seated in Vienna and subject to Austrian and European law. Operating environments can be held entirely within the customer's jurisdiction, including isolated installations without external connectivity.

Component documentation identifies technology provenance and accountable parties. External audit, formal-verification and validation evidence is attributed to the relevant cryptographic core implementation. CHANDAL retains responsibility for system architecture, integration and approval of integrated releases.

Reported vulnerabilities are handled confidentially and assessed by severity and impact on affected systems. Case handling covers technical review, remediation coordination and coordinated disclosure. Reporters receive updates on case status and closure.

Enquiries regarding framework agreements, tenders and supplier registration are handled by the group in Vienna.
