CHANDAL Quantum Group conducts all activities in compliance with applicable export-control laws, trade sanctions and embargo regimes — including those of the European Union and the United Nations and, to the extent applicable, the United States — as well as anti-bribery, data protection, and competition law. The technology portfolio originates outside U.S. export-control jurisdiction; jurisdictional and export-control assessments for specific deployments are available to qualified institutions under NDA. Compliance procedures and controls are maintained across both joint-venture parties.
